Single Leg Squat

This is a great example of a single leg squat. Single leg squats are really hard to do properly and Craig Ballentine shows how it ought to be done! If you try these, make sure your knee and ankle are in alignment. Don't allow your knee to sway in...a very common mistake that can. Single leg squats are a great leg and hip strengthener and Great for improving knee stability!
