Plank for Warm-Up

In the video today I show you how to use the standard plank exercise to start your warm-up. These moves help warm up your core musculature. Neuromuscular activation, specifically, helps you get the proper muscles working and in the proper order.

This video shows only a few seconds of the activities. You will work up to 1 or more minutes, as time under tension is the key to getting these muscles activated and strong.
